Rich in history, Coconut Cottage was once part of Lord Monson’s Round Hill Estate—formerly a sugarcane plantation that later grew coconuts, pineapples, and pimento. In the summer of 2020, the new owners lovingly renovated the villa, enhancing its legacy with elegant new bathrooms, a state-of-the-art gym, and thoughtful design updates throughout.

Meet the Staff of Coconut Cottage
Coconut Cottage’s “heart” is our amazing staff of six. From daily turn down and maid service to personal laundry, our staff is dedicated to meeting all of your vacation needs. Whether it be mixing the perfect cocktail or organizing your day tripping, our staff will work to ensure that your stay at Coconut Cottage is one of your most memorable vacations ever.
From the moment you arrive, you will be warmly greeted and well cared for by the exceptional staff. Your butler, chef, housekeeper, laundress, gardener, and security staff will cater to your every need. Our week-long and 5-day stays also include a full-time driver and a 12-passenger van that is available to shuttle you to the nearby Round Hill Resort and beach (5 minutes away) as well take you to the local shops, restaurants, and attractions. With such generous hospitality and all of the details taken care of, you will find it easy to kick off your shoes and completely relax in this private and secluded tropical haven.
About the Villa’s Owners
Originally from New York City and Fairfield County Connecticut, the owners of Coconut Cottage are now retired and reside in the Palm Beach area of Florida. They fell in love with Coconut Cottage and Round Hill Resort and are delighted to be a part of this world-class experience and to share this private, luxury villa with you.
